Mr. Caravetta has 16 years of experience as an attorney, both in the capacity of a named partner as well as retained outside corporate counsel for many corporations. His areas of expertise include venture capital, private placements and traditional funding, project development, implementation and corporate governance. Mr. Caravetta’s areas of practice include international and domestic business transactions, real estate and complex litigation. Mr. Caravetta is also a licensed California real estate broker.
